How to deal with trolls

    "In Internet Slang, a troll is a person who sows discord on the Internet by starting arguments or upsetting people, by posting inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community with the deliberate intent of provoking readers into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion."

    So, how do you with someone who is deliberately trying to upset you? It's very simple:

    Just ignore them.

    It's the right thing to do, and the mature thing to do. Don't be that guy who needs to restore his honor, all you're doing is giving in to the troll. The worst thing you can do is go full rage mode like them angry Call of Duty Xbox Live kids, that stuff is cringe worthy.

    Here's what I do, if you're interested:
    Scenario: Casually riding my bike from school back home when I pass a ghetto school and some random gangsta kids flip me off. Avoid eye contact and keep going my way. Imagine how little of a future these kids will have. Most of them will probably end up in jail. :) Casually go on with my day.

    Yeah if I see someone trying to get attention by saying eZ or scrub or slang words like that I usually ignore them because they just want attention.
    If you respond to them you give them what they want.

    I usually ignore trolls as well, but if they are really annoying, I reply "I love you too." Then never respond again. lol

    I had someone troll me today. Saying how I wasn't really 15 and that I was lying. I was fine with it. Then he got really nasty calling me "Autistic" and a "Downy" so Devin handled the situation.

    I have had a lot of trolls in my life such as, The Internet troll and the one that live under the bridge, but normally I just ignore it, Good Scenario, Jerry!

    Well if someone tryes to troll me, I just ignore them becuse they want to make you feel bad or just making you mad.

    I always chill at my ghetto school getting mad at people passing by, and it is so much fun! However, they always troll me by ignoring me..

    How I deal with these trolls: just ignore them

    Internet trolls are mainly people who have nothing else in their life so they seek attention like this, and do it to make them self feel better.

    Best way to deal with them is to simply ignore them, like Jerry said, and let them know their miserable attempts to provoke you just prove how miserable they are.
