Y'all are recommending a lot of soda.

Drinking too much in a short period is actually very unhealthy.

Chewing gum helps you stay awake.
    (Sugar-free is great)

    1. Go out with friends
    2. Have some drinks
    3. Have fun
    4. Forget the time
    5. Notice that it's morning

It's not that hard. Also, why the hell would you want to stay up all night watching YouTube or Skyping lmao

Keep active is the main thing. Energy drinks don't work unless you actually utilize it. Staying up drinking Red Bull only makes you more tired. Also failure to utilize the ability of drinking an energy drink is so unhealthy and has caused some heart problems around the world. I suggest eating something small like a chocolate bar or a bit of fruit but not all at once because that can even make you sleepy. Listen to music, but not slow and boring music. This is probably the best thing to do though.

    And this especially.

I don't think it's a good idea to lie in bed and do stuff, I've done this before but that's not the point.

Try and sit or stand at your desk and play lots of MMO or find a really addicting game to play. Sometimes when I'm bored at night I dismantle and put back together my computer. But yeah, lots of video games should do the trick. Oh yeah, you might hallucinate if you have school the next day so be careful about that.

it gives you wings, not help you stay awake

Exercising will only make you more sleepier.

and then you see how will a uncontrollable bladder will make you stay awake?

    Correction
    All of ya'll are wronnggg.

4 days no sleep 100% intentional. so very proud of it idek why

ANYWAY I got some amaze so very amaze mhm tips and tricks. I've been doing this since I was 7

    All-Nighter Tips & Tricks!

    • Expose yourself to "blue light" basically meaning your computer or TV. (Hold on about to get technical) Exposure to blue light reduces the production of melatonin (the chemical that induces sleep) In computers and whatnot its made of RGB one of colors being blue. Okay moving on.
    • If caffeine/soda doesn't work, consider lemonade or a citrus drink. The sour taste will activate your nerves giving you a burst of energy, but also very refreshing as well. Water may help too. Cold preferably
    • *TOO ALL THOSE THAT SUGGESTED COFFEE* Coffee isn't always the best option. Coffee can have reverse effects on some people so instead of giving you energy, you will feel drowsy. Coffee is meant to wake some up for only a sort period of time then, with the excess lactate & sugar it might have you "sugar crash" or feel just plain tired.
    • Staying active is a good one but, it may disturb others trying to sleep as well. Staying active at night is activities like music, video games, maybe trying a new video game, talking with others, finding funny videos or pictures, maybe even write a short story in Office Word
    • Some people find this useful: Planning ahead for the next day( Or that day ) If you put your mind toward what you might want to do that day, it will cut some time since you'll be zoned out on what you would like to plan!
    • Draw or scribble a picture: Get you mind off things do something that'll make you giggle :) Share it with your friends if you want.
    • MINTS TOO, they stimulate brain function, like sera said gum helps to.
Sorry if I may have gone overboard but, whatever to help I'll chip in ( I hope I did help a bit )

I hope you can pull that all-nighter Star!
    Good luck!!!

Actually excersising will make you tired when you're done. You also shouldn't eat shift or chocolates. Play video games, and exciting ones. That'll keep you awake. If you have league, play that. Lots of people stay up to play it and it's one of those games that forces you to concentrate.

Don't lay in your bed and think you wont fall asleep. You will. Really just play games, listen to music and go on youtube and your good.

P.S. All you guys saying you drink energy drinks to stay up all night, I dont need to. Even tho I have never done an all nighter I tend to like to stay awake.

This put me in the mood to stay awake now.
