Hey I was looking for some tips on how to build upper body. I have great lower and can kick ass when it comes to endurance and lower body. My cores also in pretty good shape. Anyways I just need to build it up for swimming. The routines we currently do arent cutting it. I'm trying to do sets of pushups and increased my sets from 2 at a time to 5 in the past week. I'm currently finding it very hard to build it up, if anyone has tips that would be great. Thank you.
Bench press is a great way, if you never did it before start up using the bar only and go for 10-10-8-8.(or 15-15 / 10-10-10) Later if you feel confident alone you can start adding weights, do not put to much though without a buddy. Push ups, A LOT OF THEM. Chin ups also work really well, I personally have trouble with these but once you get the strenght for it it helps a lot.

Yo dude, you have balls of steel for posting this, man you should feel proud of yourself if that's actually you and I suggest running and doing cardio. That could help your case of losing those precious man boobs.
