A nice Shaded Skin <3 (for me if you can)

    Hi, is there some one or some people that can make a nice Shaded skin with shaded hair and other stuff like t his: http://gyazo.com/b0d98c3635190f2ea0f09c3d40dc3cf0 ( just shaded like that not that that xD ) ok, What I want if you can:
    a Shirt ( Purple or Green )
    Brown getting a little bit to red hair.
    Short pants ( some nice short pants idc about the color )
    a boy xD
    and just nice Shaded like that pic <3 Thanxxx!! ( a Minecraft 1.8 SKIN! with 3D stuff, and if I play on 1.7 that it still looks awsome <3 And put the hair in a lok to the right
