Is it just me or?...

A lot of people seemed to now be using special fonts in their whole message thinking it makes them look more mature rather than using it to be unique.

In all honesty, posts should show maturity, not the font.

 

I think having a different font is just something people do to stand out and look unique.
I see no harm in it and I don't think people do it for maturity. I used to do it but not anymore because I always forget to change the font lol.

 

Why waste your time doing a special font when you can just do a normal post

I like to use a different font because it looks cleaner (especially with the numbers).
Besides, what's wrong with being unique?

 

I use Arial because I'm not a big fan of Georgia and it makes my posts look neater.
I don't use it to look mature.

Some people use it to separate different things.

Back on topic, I used to use a color and font just because it looked cool, that's all. Now I'm just a bit lazy or I forget. I don't think it has anything to do with looking mature.

And as for the shoutbox font, I don't change my font color there either because literally EVERYONE uses font colors, so I stand out anyway.
