[Factions] Stacked potions, Wtf?

I killed a guy named Roublers in factions, He had stacked harming potions. How is this possible, how did this even happen in Hardcore factions? Please fix this OP bug. :c

 

I've seen this before on another server but I don't think it's a bug.
I think this could have something to do with a mod or a hack (I'm guessing the ALL-U-Want mod as that's the only mod I know that has stacking potions)
I could be wrong though.

I thought it only stacks in creative?

 

If you have enough items (same MetaData) is combines them into 1 stack

 

It stacks in any gamemode.
I once did it on an SG server when I had the mod and it stacked 3 diamond swords

Well, idk about that. Even if it is reportable, you would probably have to have proof of killing him and getting the stacked items. As of now, we'll see how this plays out, but yea, this is really OP.

 

So with proof, it is bannable/muteable(if thats a word)?

It creates an unfair advantage, I think it should be bannable.

I was it someones base and in one of the chests was 110 stacked healing potions

 

Ima try this and use it and if I get banned again again for exploiting a bug. Im bone lol because a lot of people did this.
