Skyrim screen bouncing?

Hey hermanos. So yesterday, I got Skyrim (the video game) for PC. As soon as I turned the game on, the screen started bouncing and I couldn't actually see anything. Today I will restart, if it does the same, what do I need to do? Thanks.

 

If you're by any chance running the game on a Windows 8 based machine, make sure you're running the .exe in Windows 8 compatibility mode.

 

And if it's windows 7?

This issue is known to be caused by any game mechanics affecting mods, or mods in general.
Sometimes, mods get glitchy and cause your game to start malfunctioning.
