Are you using optifine? those look like entity shadows o-o

 

Those are player shadows that appear stright under the players

 

They're shadows. Your texture pack makes the shadows look like that.

 

they are from the hax u see when you turn on porjectiles these shiny things turn on

 

I have been using that texture pack for ages and that's the first time i've seen the mysterious black circles :P
