Other Games Anyone Else Find this Zelda Comic to be Depressing?

I’m just wondering if anyone else feels the same way I did about this comic. I can’t be the only one who thought this was sad. If enough people reply, maybe I will say what I did.

I was sad when I read that, especially considering that I'm a big fan of the Zelda series.

 

I'm not a hardcore Zelda fan but I do play the games. :/ Was depressing to see Link die.. :[

It was pretty sad to see Link die, especially since I play zelda A LOT. I'm right now playing Twilight Princess 4 the first time. DON'T SPOIL IT I'm at the 7th temple. Probably the most dramatic death of the zelda games is Wind Waker's death. Waaay to dramatic.

 

If they did that with any other Zelda, then it wouldn't be moving.
But the relationship between Link and Zelda in Skyward Sword is excellent. It makes you actually want to save Zelda sometimes... Which is why I like how they used Skyward Sword in this one.
I thought it was sad... But I actually liked it nonetheless.
Of course, this is coming from the messenger of death here XD

 

But isn't the fact that Majora is the messenger of death just a theory?

The theory has supporting evidence, but no super solid proof.
Also I won't believe I have been using a dead person all along for my avatar.

 

Well, he's only dead in that timeline, but he does get reincarnated.
And he's perfectly living in the last timeline.
So he's not dead no matter how you look at it :)

 

Time travel makes everything so confusing...
I think I need to lie in the corner again.
