The news as of today (1/6/2013) First off I would really want to thank the good feedback from last time and lets hope that hese news keep informing people of stuff they might probably want to know. Btw, since im in my ipad i cant make this thread look fancy, sorry :p. 1. NEW NEWS ABOUT SURVIVAL!!!! After being requested to be fixed and put back, the crew has finally taken action and updated the signs closing the survival portal, which confirm that survival will be back once the needed plugins are updated to the version of minecraft we use. If you were not here when survival was open, survival is just like how its name suggests, a server of survival which uses many plugins such as the shop plugin to sell/buy items and the factions plugin, which allows you to create factions and claim over land to protect it from other players. Take note that this is not a PvP Raid server, and the factions plugin is there to protect from any random noob who wants your dirt for his incredibly luxurious dirt mansion. Over claiming factions will result in a ban and raiding too. 2. If you didnt know already, optifine is out!! I recommend every minecraft player to download and install this mod into your minecraft folder. This mod gives your fps (Frames Per Second) a boost, which means that your minecraft runs faster. The change that optifine did to me is that, instead in playing in a window screen with the lowest settings getting 100 fps, with optifine I got a whoopping 180 fps and I was able to start playing with the best settings, fullscreen, at 70 fps (without optifine I would get 30-40 fps in best settings, the download is at optifine.net currently avaible at minecraft 1.7.2)

Actually, optifine isn't out. They have a preview of the ultra version. Its not complete, however. I tried it...it didn't work. If you have never used Optifine Ultra or higher grade versions, I don't recommend that you do. If you have before, then by all means, go ahead.
