Hey, this is just a warning for all of you. This guy has added me, saying he wants to trade. That link says Steam Comrnunily. It is a scam. I am too scared to go to the link. Tell me if it is a virus or a screamer. Be safe! -OneDreamAtATime
If the website is not steamcommunity.com, it is extremely likely that it is a scam site. Do not open the link. When I opened it in a secure environment, a skull and crossbones was displayed, which could indicate a virus is present.
As far as I know the link is safe but used to be malicious. When I went to it it said "Account disabled by Administrator"
There's a simple strategy to all Skype scams and Steam scams. I honestly don't know why people don't employ it. Yomc's Tips On How To Not Get Scammed Tip 1: STOP ADDING RANDOM PEOPLE THAT YOU DON'T KNOW the end It's really pretty simple. Don't add random people and don't click random links and you'll be amazed at just how malware-free your computer is.
Adding onto that, if someone has a LEVEL 0 ACCOUNT and has a cheesy name.. Just don't add them. It's not going to help. The phishers aren't getting any more creative btw lol
thanks for the info, it's not like there's 1000 scam bots trying to add you you should see how many scam bots i have blocked lol
