Tornado

So, yeah. I was at my friends house and we got hit by a tornado. I live in Illinois and Rochelle a town had gotten hit bad. It was scary. It was my first tornado... ;-; @_ItsPhoenix

 

I haven't really had a tornado (Or at least I don't remember, Ben can correct me on this), but I had this huge as crap thunderstorm with super high wind speeds in June of 2013, it knocked out power for almost the whole city I live in. I was at a friend's house playing outside and we saw this huge cloud and it started raining, and I went home and hid in the bathroom (I don't have a large enough closet and no basement)

 

When I was born, there was a tornado really close to the hospital. I call myself the tornado child now. Glad you're okay. It sounded like a train, well there goes Thomas.

I remember June 2013, it was really bad.

 

I've never seen tornado before , Hope I will never see it ^^

I haven't experienced any tornadoes, but i did experience some really powerful storms and like 1 or 2 hurricanes.

Where I live, we don't get tornadoes, we get hurricanes. They can be really bad sometimes, flooding many houses.

 

I only see tornados on TV Shows ^_^. I hope I come across one.

 

You don't "hope" you come across a tornado!

You wouldn't see it coming through your house! Unless, you weren't in the house...

 

If you live in Oklahoma, tornadoes are super common all year long. We just had one about a month ago. They are scary, but you get used to them.

I live in the northeast, which means that we get no tornadoes and no hurricanes. We just get snow, and it isn't even as cold as some other locations. We're the mediocrities of weather.
Okay, well, we did get one hurricane, but it's been way overdone by the media. The damage wasn't nearly as terrible as people claim it to be, and the death toll wasn't nearly as high as that of Katrina.
As such, we get pretty much nothing.
(tornadoes look like they'd be cool from a distance though)

 

I had one tornado before, I was at my cabin and I could see it forming o.o it was so scary. We headed home and it was windy as f. The car kept shaking and moving, and everything was blowing away. I thought we were gonna die O.O

The Middle East gets some sandstorms but it's fine here, we don't get any of those natural occurances

 

Wow i take it for granted living in Ireland no hurricanes tornadoes earthquakes poisonous spiders or snakes

We get tornadoes almost every march or april here in kansas, But It really isn't that scary unless it's really close to our house.
