Minecraft 1.8 Shadermod installation. Nubproofed

Alright I was asked for this xD @ZamPro Nub

Files needed:
Shadercore: http://www.karyonix.net/shadersmod/files/ShadersMod-v2.4.11mc1.8.jar
Shaderpack: http://www.novuscom.net/~ian.macthail/yShaders_Download/yShaders_Download.html
Pick one that your pc can run. Middle needs a relative fast computer.
Java 64bit: http://www.filehorse.com/download-java-runtime-64/download/
Forge 1.8: http://adfoc.us/serve/sitelinks/?id...4.1.1353/forge-1.8-11.14.1.1353-installer.jar

Now lets start with the launcher preparation. First of you need an 1.8 vanilla game. To accomplish that we gonna create a new profile.

Open your launcher then click on "New Profile"


Rename it something you can recall for example I've named it 1.8 vanilla here.
And in version select 1.8. Not 1.8.1, only 1.8 this is important for it to work


Don't forget to save


Then select 1.8 vanilla in your profiles and run the game once.


In videosettings turn off
+mipmap levels
+vsync

^ Isn't neccesary but it gives you bad fps when not done.

Alright now install things in order:
1. Java
Just run the installer


Now forge
Again, only clicking the jar.


Now create 2 folders in your .minecraft gamefolder. In case you don't know how to get there hit windowskey + R and type in %appdata% then hit enter.

Make 1 folder called "mods" <- has to be correct
Make 1 folder called "shaderpacks" <- has to be correct


Now you have 2 files left, shadermodcore and a shaderpack. Yeah right, the shadermodcore goes into the mods folder and the shaderpack into the shaderpacks folder. :p



Now go to your launcher and select Edit profile at forge. Tick JVM Arguments.
Replace the stock arguments with -Xmx2G


In your settings the should be a new tab for shaders and a bunch of settings for them. Now you can select yShaders and tick following boxes.
Cloudshadow: On
Old lightning: On


Done. Shaders installed :D


Can it get more sexy? Download optifine and drop it in your mods folder. k bye - enjoy

Runs ultra at 60 to 90fps. Edit: Actual a little more then that.

What do you do if you don't have a mods folder? :D

 

Read it again. You need to make these 2. A mods folder for the shadercore and one for the shaderpack called shaderpacks.
