Is this supposed to be a joke or a hate thread riding on the coattails of FNAF? Cawthon's only real "flaw" was that he released the games too quickly. Buuuut, when the smart/normal people condoned its fanbase's low points, the normal wave of basement dwellers did monkey see monkey do and started hating on the entire thing.
I wouldnt even say that it's a flaw. If he goes a year without releasing the game, the hype will die. The FNAF hype, had it not had any further installments, would have died within a few months. While releasing the games in rapid succession isn't exactly ideal, it beats the alternative. Anyway, for the record, I don't like FNAF because I hate jumpscares of any kind. But I don't have a problem with the developer. I mean, he did well with it. The fanbase is the only repulsing part of the game; the game itself isn't anything to complain about.
I don't dislike the game. The only thing that draws me in is the lure and stuff. The gameplay, well, is meh. It's just a mysterious game that Scott has made lol
I don't understand why everyone hates the game so much. (Insert people replying to this negatively) Honestly, I like it. I like the gameplay and the theories behind it. It'll really make you think.
