Hey! Here, I will predict who I think will get promoted soon!

That could have been another title for the thread:
List of good staff members who deserves to have a higher rank and normal users who have a nice application that I like, just to show you that it's a prediction.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

 

The issue is that this is too subjective of a very debatable meaning of "eligible for staff". Some believe popular people get staff. Others believe maturity is the way to get staff member. Others think that people who handle the server well will become staff members. These lists are usually subjective, based on the fact of how they consider someone "eligible for a higher promotion." A real list will take in part all of the slight bias (admit it, personal enemies of staff don't become staff, even if they are well suited. it applies to everywhere.), all of their activity, and a straight forward view of what the major staff pickers agree that the way to become staff is. Of course they wouldn't reveal that, everyone would therefore suck up to act that way for staff.
