Reason For My Demotion

You were a fantastic Helper. It honestly saddens me to see a fantastic Helper be demoted for simply not having as much time as everyone else for a video game.

Yea I know about all this. I am a helper on TheshieldMC and there have been several helpers that have been demoted for lack of activity and due to much mistakes.

o7 ;-; Keep being awesome though, please. You are amazing. It's sad to me to see that you aren't staff. You are always so nice.

 

I'm surprised. Reports have always been seen as "good" for helpers to do, but never an obligation. I mean, one would think that their main goal is simply helping. It's almost as if they should change the name of the prefix.
(Hint to possible future suggestion)
Either way, it's a shame. We're running lower on staff that still retain a sense of humor on the forums.
(At least we're not out yet though)
Since I think "07" is a) weird and b) too mainstream, instead I'll just say that we all welcome you back :)

Thanks for everything that you did as a Helper. It is much appreciated.

 

o7 is symbol of respect last I heard, there is no reason why players should not be able to use it in their posts as it is worth extreme appreciation. o7 does in deed, show how much we respect her. In fact, it shows enough for her to know that we appreciate her work here. Just saying. :P ;)

Since I was one of those guys who just posted a reply with o7, I would like to thank you @StarlightFox for your wonderful work here. :)

 

Starlight, while I may not exactly have been your closest friend (not by a long shot tbh), I can still do what I'm good at, which is giving advice.

While you are no longer part of the staff team whose job it is to help, improve, and enjoy working with the server as well as those in it, it does not by any measure mean that you cannot still contribute to the health and positivity of this fantastic community. (How's that for a run-on sentence?)

This server has definitely seen improvements and benefited from you time as a helper, and I hope you continue to contribute as you had before receiving the task of being a helper. We definitely enjoy having you around to talk to, what with your humorous personality and all.

Do not for a moment think that losing your position as helper has made anyone on the server like you less; we love you now just as much as we did when you still were in the staff team. Enjoy the server that you helped build up and have some fun. This is a game, after all ^-^

Starlight, you were a great helper and I respected you for that. I still respect you, enought not to put just two shitty letters in my response. You were the best helper you could be, and that means a lot to the community, and especially me. You stood up for us, and that's what matters. You kept your amazing personality after all we've been through, and you were such a great help in my eyes. Thanks for your time here.

I'm not really an "old Staff", I got the job for 5 months and started on November 23, 2014. :P
