1 Year as a Staff member.

Hello.
This is not gonna be much but I'll do it still. (I'm not good at these things) (Also, if you see some grammar mistakes, don't mind them D; When I write long story, my head gets messed up)

So, as the title says, I've been a Staff member for one full year. (oi..).
When I first joined the server (back in 2012-2013 or so, not too sure), I never thought I would be part of the staff team. (Well, duh... I just joined :p). But yeah. When I joined the server, I started contacting with some people. (Unfortunately I can't remember who I started contacting with back then). Because I started contacting with many people, I saw a link to the forums. I clicked it, and said "wow. I might actually enjoy this a lot. Time to make a forum account!). Then I met anratork59, aka @TheMint when I was actually advertising my little non-24/7 server if anyone wanted to make videos with me.
I used to get in trouble a lot when I was new to the server (Such as hacking, spamming, advertising etc - yes, I was a bad boy, but young and immature as heck). I got banned for x-raying in really old survival. When I wasn't that noob on minecraft, I told myself that I could never get a Mod/Helper when I actually started wanting it.
So, I kinda like started actually doing some good stuff after that. I was getting friends from Staff team about 1 year later. (Such as Xenon, Magical, etc.) and many other friends. Then I got known on the community of J&H by doing many reports, helping out people, being nice, (maybe having staff friends, idk?)
Then I made a staff application at November 4th. 2013 and waited about 4 months, and I see that I got accepted to Helper. I couldn't actually believe it after horrible times in 2013.
When I was a Helper, I was suspended for 1 week maybe? Anyways, I was suspended for saying staff information to non-staff. I got over it easily, and learned my lesson.
After 10 months being a Helper, I was accepted to Moderator. Then, I blew up. (I'll actually tell the story what happened on that day).

(SHORT) STORY TIME! :D
So, I was playing factions, as always (not anymore tho). ok so, I went afk for a bit. Then came back, checked the forums, I was playing normally and building my new vault, then I see this on the forums I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that.
