NOTE: This is MY opinion. Feel free to say whatever you want, even if it's something negative, because I don't care about hate comments. I'm TIRED of the prepubescent Five Nights at Freddy's kids roleplaying in the YouTube comments, because honestly no one cares about it and the entire internet isn't your own Fanfiction.net blog. The roleplaying makes the atmosphere so uncomfortable, and at certain times the Role-Playing always has to do with sex, immature jokes, or "SWEG". Take this for example. I understand that you like the characters, and that's totally fine, but this is just taking it too far. There always has to be overrated, overused sayings like "yolo", or immature song lyrics that go too far. Go do it in PM or something, no one wants to see an annoying comment chain where 8 year olds make stories about their favorite characters "getting kinky" with each other. It's annoying and no one wants to see it. The characters are just from a horror game and they aren't real, big deal. Get over it. That's all I need to say.
Ok? but like who are you to judge them? People can do roleplays or fanfictions or whatever any way that they want to. So what if their sexual fantasies include robots doing it? Like is it really your business to judge them? no it isn't. Some people express their creative ideas differently and just because you don't like it doesn't mean they should "get over it."
You are certainly making a point, but YouTube is a worldwide community with lots of people of different natures. Anyone could be seeing that and they probably wouldn't want to, also it would become a huge stereotype, giving the game a negative influence. It's public and anyone could see it.
People aren't always gonna see things they want to in life and they'll just have to get over it. Do you seriously believe that people will think that people rping and making fanfictions will influence their opinion or steroetype the game? because if they're gonna be on a youtube video with the game on it then I'm pretty sure they would know about the game and know it's not a sterotype or a negative influence.
I'm not talking about actual fanfiction, i'm talking about people roleplaying in the YouTube comments, like in the example I put on the opening post. To what you said earlier... I'm sorry but can you restate these two quotes? This seems a bit hypocritical to me. It's all over the internet. Lots of things that are on the internet or have went viral on the internet have different kinds of stereotypes, positive or negative. Sorry, but I think besides the popular horror gameplay interface, the roleplayer/fanfictional part of the fanbase just doesn't add up.
with all do respect its the youtube comments. The same website who brought the racist 8 year old to a head. Just ignore them.
Like @Gooby says l, it really is none of my business as to the weird crap people do in their own homes, which is also a flaw to @Umar argument. However, @Umar makes a good point that @ Gooby does not address. YouTube IS a public forum and there should be sense of decency upheld on a video. They should be doing this in their own channel comments and not in their public ones. Or even the video author should decide, much like @StarlightFox did in one of her videos
Like I say to my THREE YEAR OLD brother,"If it doesn't affect you, it shouldn't change you or your opinion. Honestly, the people who do so are having good not-so-clean fun. Plus, those things they write are gust for fits and giggles. Eh, come on, it's not because of the video game, because there is no pornographic evidence, except the "Missing Chilren" incident, and that's a maybe. It's just people who want to have fun and make their own little mini-stories. Plus, the only fan-fictions on FNaF I've seen is about going in the restaurant and creepypastas. What sites are you guys going on? Sheesh!
