What if there was a report system in real life?

What would happen if we were able to report rule-breakers to the police in real life? Shouldn't this ge a good system, even though it can be elaborated more?

Any suggestions for my amazing, just-started community-model?

 

I guess there sort of already is a "report system".. If someone is robbing a store and the store owner calls the cops, it is considered as a report I guess..? xP

 

But also with breaking traffic rules. Like when you record someone passing by with 200km/h in a 130 zone with your dashcam.

I would be false reported all the time in math class for "cheating" then xD

 

A report system? Interesting.
You get to file reports to the police (helpers, mods, admins). The Owner is whoever creator in your beliefs is.
But let's think about the punishments:
Basically, a warning is jail time.
Just think about the kick. You're out of the server, which is the real world. Reincarnation... maybe?

Talk about how terrifying it is to be banned.
You're never coming back.
