    Step #2- Ask a staff member to read your application

    Step #3- Ask a staff member to read your application

    I hope that this helped some people!

    (Serious note- I'm not even a staff member but it's so annoying when people ask them to read their applications)

    That's actually not the only things.
    1. Don't bother a staff member about it.
    2. Follow the format.
    3. Get to know the server a lot/Be well known and trusted
    4. etc.
