Other Games The Looker: Who is he?(Pokemon Theory)

'ello Pokemon fans! I have a theory which will bring more questions than answers!

So, in the most recent installment of the pokemon franchise(Pokemon ORAS, in the Hoenn Region), we see The Looker, a man who we not only see in Diamond & Pearl(Sinnoh Region), but in Black & White(Unova), Black & White 2(Unova again), but also in X & Y(Kalos). Atleast, those are the confirmed ones without a doubt. If you look back into Pokemon FireRed & LeafGreen(Kanto), and go to the SS Anne, one of the passengers will say he's 'An Undercover Global Police Agent'. So, we see him in Kanto, Hoenn, Unova, & Kalos. That's nice and all, but it's just information.

Now, many other theorists say that it was the Royal Unova that the Looker was in, but I say, he was in the SS Anne. Why? Well, take a look at this:

This is a Chronological Timeline of the games and their respective events. According to this Chart, The happenings of Kanto and Hoenn were first. Connecting the dots, we can easily see that The Looker being on the SS Anne and washing up on shore /w amnesia is very likely. How? Remember, in AS, Kyogre caused massive waves, which probably threw the looker overboard, knocking him out cold, and giving him amnesia. Washing up on shore, wet and confused, The Looker was taken in by a woman, hoping to Recover.

Alright. Simple part is done, we know The Looker now, right? Aha, wrong! Remember, in the Timeline, Sinnoh and Johto happened after, but The Looker doesn't make a cameo in SS/HG. And that's correct, but let's look back at Sinnoh. Sinnoh was known as one of the most powerful places ever. Many intelligent and strong pokemon were raised there, so the strength that grows in Sinnoh would make it a very likely place for a gang to grow. So, after reports of small gang activities, The Looker was most likely Deployed for Sinnoh, to end something large before it started. But, Due to the happenings in Hoenn, The Looker was stranded there for 3 years. How do I know it's 3 years? Lets look at HG/SS, in the game the talked about a boy named Red who disbanded Team Rocket. In Fire Red/LeafGreen, The original name is Red, and you disband Team Rocket. And they said that he did it 3 years ago, and the Team Rocket in HG/SS is their attempt to regroup and continue operations. You can connect the dots.

Finally, here's the story of The Looker,
First seen in Johto, he left for Sinnoh to stop a growing gang of people wanting to release a great power. It was pretty imperitive considering that Sinnoh is one of the strongest regions, and can easily dominate any other. But, after the events of Hoenn with Kyogre and the SS Anne, we see The Looker, stranded on the battle resort with no memory of his identity or the world he was in. After about 3 years of recovering, He went to stop what he was supposed to 3 years prior. After his adventures in Sinnoh, he went to Unova, working out the many criminal activities there, and then to Kalos, investigating their respective team(s). We are left with 'I am going to another region' from him, and he departs.

So, who is the looker? Well, we don't know; but, he is definetily not a police officer. I mean, who would reveal their identity to anyone they talk to, especially kids? Not many smart people, and we know that The Looker is intelligent, or he wouldn't be able to infiltrate these large organizations. What does this mean? Well, he could be anything from a spy to an assassin, working for an unknown organization. My guess in that in the next gen of pokemon, we will be fighting The Looker, who was secretly working for the evil organization there all along, trying to end every other organization so there will be no struggle with World Domination(But that's just a personal theory :P)

This is very interesting and something I have never seen nor question. Although I have wondered who Looker was and where he came from, since I've played all of those games and have seen him. I went and Googled more on this and something that wasn't in your theory. Some people speculate that Looker came from a different dimension, which would be ORAS. :P

See, that would make sense if he was first in Sinnoh, but we first see him in Kanto, and Girintina wasnt released till 3 years after Hoenn, so that doesn't make much sense. They were probably making some wierd thought from the GT episode about multi-universes.
