A staff member really needs to vanish and watch the Sumo rounds. They will probably find at least one hacker in the first 10 minutes. There is almost always a hacker on and something needs to be done. Please go sit in during the Sumo games and ban these annoying people that breaking the rules. Thanks and I hope I can play my first Sumo game without a hacker soon!!! :)

Staff members are busy with other stuff.
    Either IRL, or anything else.
Most of the staff are in lobbies, going afk.
They are doing their job, mostly on the hub.

Then staff should be hired to monitor specific minigames. The amount of hackers is ridiculous.

Why do I need proof when a Moderator can literally watch Sumo games for 10 minutes and find at least 2 hackers? I am not the only on that has complained, if you look at the abuse section of the forums you will see many people are making reports about this.

I don't know maybe because we have a life. Can't be online 24/7.

Edit: We check on reports and ban the guilty. Like I said, we can't watch every single game to make sure he's a hacker.

Erm... Moderators aren't going to investigate a situation for 10 minutes to find one hacker. Moderators spend 95% of their time fixing bugs, debriefing, and fixing reports, they don't have time to investigate something just because one person said so.

Why not higher moderators to moderate specific minigames? Literally every time I play a game of Sumo there is at least one hacker on so you will be finding way more then one person. When you took your position it is like taking an actual job. Now treat it like a job. You are supposed to MODERATE the server. If you need to watch a few games of Sumo so be it. If you can't handle this position quit. I suggest you give your position to somebody that actually cares about the server and doesn't use the position just to gain power.

Jerry and Harry know what they're doing, now unless you have a good enough reason to tell us otherwise, we're ignoring this.

Let's think of this in a different way. If a mod is watching Sumo for hacker's, handling reports and banning the kid that's pvp bypassing in Skyblock1 all at first, don't you think they won't fully be paying attention to something? As Homie and Kuzon have both made it clear that mods have lives and they can't do everything at once, you can also have a job. Your job is to report these people, so while the mod is handling reports and banning the nubs, YOU can stop complaining and help yourself out.

fyi being a moderator isn't going to put money in the pocket (if you get what i'm saying) it's completely volintary. no money or items are given at the end of the month for their work. if you expect them to be on 24/7, alright. become someone with no life. also that's what we have f2 and the report section for.

It takes time to handle all the reports. Just because your thread says "HACKER IN SUMO" on it, doesn't mean there gonna just jump at that thread and ignore the others. You have to wait and understand that your not the only person that reports people.

They obviously don't because their server is run by hackers...
