    a person on planet minecraft posted how to do this and the exact same picture in a thread. How I know: It has the exact same coordinates, fps, and well everything is the same.

    Well I don't really know my highest FPS but when my computer feels like being nice to me, it sort of chill's between 45-55.

    The laptop I use averages on 60-61 FPS unless particles such as redstone and fireworks are used. The highest it's ever had is 62 FPS... I think it's capped or something, even if I remove the MC cap. I'll try for higher later.

    My old computer, the one that exploded but I got working again, used to run a few hundred FPS, but since it blew up, it's never run more than 6 FPS, and averages on 0.1-0.4 FPS. Unbearable ._.
