[Skyblock] How To Stop People Griefing Your Spawners/Other Placed Blocks.

Its simple! It may look untidy, but will save your enderchest/enchanting table/mob spawner when the griefers come!​

Simply place the block you wish to protect, and at a diagonal to it (up one along one) place a chest, then on the item you want to protect, place a sign and make a chest shop.​

(SIDE VIEW) ​

After you make this people wont be able to break your spawner because if they do, they will break the sign too, and the chestshop plugin doesn't let them!! This will work on any block :)​

Actually this is pretty good to know for some people..
Although i dont understand why you would add people to your island while you must 'secure' your spawner because they might destroy it, then just dont add them

 

Well greifers can hide themselves very well... this is like a precaution I presume...

 

Don't you guys have land claims and land protection?

 

Well, people are able to add others on to their islands, there could be some untrusworthies...

 

ACTUALLY this idea isn't really good.
You know how added people can break stuff at your island? Well... They can break the sign and then grief.
Unless you make it a trap or something.

 

The point is: ChestShop signs cannot be broken than people other than the person it belongs to.

The person who made the sign is the only one who can break it, it's chestshop. It's a special formula used on signs to sell/buy something. It can be used to protect things too, like a storage.

I asked him about it, he only uses it because back then it was the only thing that had optifine.

He doesn't even play pvp, so it doesn't matter.

 

Why couldn't he just get Optifine.
Also, Huzuni is apparently a griefing hack, not a pvp hack.

 

Which is of no use to him because there are protection plugins :P

 

Also NODUS is a griefing hack with nuker etc, My one has KillAura, But seeing as I dont play pvp this isnt an issue. I will be updating to the 1.7.2 version of optifine when I have the inclination.
