I'm fine on the phone if someone calls me. I hate when I have to call a classmate I don't know. I hated when I was little people told me to smile and be more outgoing.
To be honest, I don't like to talk. I like to keep the classroom quiet. When people skype me, and expect me to talk like there's no tomorrow, annoy me. So basically, I'm anti social xD
10000657892% Me.... :/ Just i have The biggest Social Anxiety in the world..... If someone in class says my name Hahaha *Died*
I am the loudest person in my entire SCHOOL DISTRICT. When I make a presentation, I MAKE SURE THE SLEEPING KIDS HEAR IT. Why the hell be shy? Seriously, they ARE boring. Shy people just don't want to have fun. Sorry, but that's how I see it. Every shy person I talk to is like, "o-ooooo" and im like "hi" and theyre like " why are you talkin to me ooo-ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo" aka "o-o" spam. Honestly shy people, I don't like them. Attention seekers is 10% of them. 90% are just turtles superglood to their shells.
I didn't want to reply because that's how you see it, so I'll also will make this my first and last on this thread. Some people become shy later when something happened, most of them aren't confident and want to have fun, but just don't know what to say or how. I used to be somebody who talked a lot, that changed the last 3 years because I'm trying to avoid contact as much as possible. And not all shy people are boring, it really depends on the person, they're just scared. I'm guessing you haven't been shy for a long time or that much, because I think you would know this then. Everyone has different feelings and have different 'meanings' for other people. And I don't think 10% are attention seekers, I haven't seen a single one of them, only people who make every problem a very big deal even if it isn't. This is how I see it, I do agree though that *we're* turtles with shells superglood to our backs. But, do realize, that can be because of many reasons. Because, everyone reacts differently to something that happened.
Never been shy in my life. I'm interested in what it feels like. I really want to encourage shy people..
Well, that's good. And this is my opinion, but mostly if ypu become friends with them you'll notice they'll talk more. At least, that's true for me because I easily talk to my friends not others.
I'm more anti-social now more than I am shy. I also see some ignorant post up there, shy people aren't boring, they probably don't have anything they need to say. It takes courage to get on a chair and talk; it also takes that same amount of courage to sit down in listen. Stephen Hawking once said that the quietest people often had the loudest minds. People who don't like shy people and have no patients for them is part of the reason why I'm anti-social.
I'm just going to post this here and leave the thread. Edit: Woops wouldn't work, whatever leaving the thread now. :P
