Sharingan.

Shadow's note: We did xad, and we still do. The device is sort of like the whole paralyzation part in the genjutsu that Sharingan causes, but used with the mechanics of a machine.

 

I was sort of confused at that part, Google's not helping, I just inferred they were weapons, now that you brought them up, what are they really?

 

About the sharingan? Sharingan is a little trademark of the Uchiha blood in the anime Naruto. Sharingan is wielded by intellectual people who cast what is known as genjutsu. Genjutsu is a type of jutsu that plays with the mind in a way, and makes the person who is victimized by the genjutsu, in a world of fantasy where they are being tortured and such. In reality, they are just standing still while their mind is being tortutred, and inside that world of fantasy, they are being tortured, and feeling pain like they would in reality. It's a confusing concept, I know.

In the story, Adam, AKA Xad, was able to figure out how to place that in a machine so it acts sort of like a Taser gun, so he doesn't have to expense chakra, or energy. Therefore, pointing the machine at anyone and activating it, is going to give the victim the same effect as if Adam was using his Sharingan.

The machine allows the wielder to do whatever (s)he wishes to his/her victim.

In the first part, when Xad put a type of paralyzation effect on me, Demon took advantage and killed me.

In the second part, Xad kept the machine pointing at Kitty, disallowing her ability to move. Similar to the first part, Demon took advantage of it, and tortured Kitty to get answered about me, Shadow. So, instead of feeling just one side of torture in fantasy, there were two sides of torture being put on Kitty in both fantasy and reality.

 

That's boss, a very interesting tool for the most part

The Sharingan effect weapon? No, no name for that yet. If you got a name, I'll hear it.

*EDIT* Woah, apparently you and a hell lot of others are in queue as well. I have an interesting way of changing Mappy, seeing that she has a different character in mind.

I'll need to add a very interesting chapter for the next two to get all the characters in... Heh.
