well in factions i bought rank vip but i didnt get it yet can someone please help

Sometimes you may have to wait a bit for your donation perks to appear.
If after a long time (maybe like 24 hours) and your perks don't arrive, then email info@itsjerryandharry.com and tell them your problem.
