Here is zye's chanenl banner http://prntscr.com/4t9oe5 NOTE: I am not doing any more free channel arts. I will charge $2.00 USD through paypal for one. You can pay $5 if you want it a speedart. EDIT: forgot to tag her :P @ItsZye
No, he has to leave his name on the banner so no one can say "I drew that." And charging money is perfectly "ok". What he is doing is a commission, where you ask him to draw something for you, pay, and they get it done. Hundreds of Thousands of artists do this.
Lol I meant to say it not the best idea. Its kinda hard to explain. If someone paid why leave your name on it? Its steals the banner in a way.
Well, if they didn't leave their name on it, the buyer could say they drew it and -technically- plagiarize his drawing.
But the owner did buy it - It's theirs. Im pretty sure they can do what ever the fuck they want with it.
Legally, they did a commission. Commission - an order for someone to do something and get paid(e.g. The artist received a commission for a new painting to hang in the building lobby.) Definition by vocabulary.com As seen above, They paid the artist to draw. They, legally, did not buy the art. It's still property of the artist.
Also the "I" merged into the other letter looks a little bit unprofessional, maybe put it behind or something.
