Factions "bug" with particles

Well as you know the new particles menu was added to factions. I feel it gives players an unfair advantage because if you are pvp'ing and have some texture packs on or none even the particles for lets say Music and Love get in the way of the other player so its difficult to see them. I wouldn't consider this a actual server "Bug" but it is a problem In my opinion and maybe others. For the people who don't have them they don't get to block the other person.

Im pretty sure this was "attempted" to be fixed, but It seems to be very goofy. The invisibility as you may know.. it doesn't make sense that Donators can't see Non-Donators IGN's because most Non-Donators are hackers (proven by looking at reports.) Anyways it needs to be fixed because It's frustrating when I can't report a player for hacking, Not because I don't have the video, but because I don't have the IGN to prove who it is. Please consider fixing this.

It really doesn't block out anything... The particles are somewhat small and only last for 1 1/2 second(s).

 

Particles Menu... will last for as long as you are logged on...

 

That is flat out wrong iv seen donors hack dont blame it on just non donors :/

Just to say. I never said Donators are not hackers. Just saying there are more Non-Donators than there are Donators that get banned for hacking. It's proven if you look at some reports.
EDIT: Skynet what he meant by "they only last 1 1/2 seconds" is that each one lasts for that long.

 

He said that by looking at the reports, more non-donors tended to hack then donors.
He did NOT say, that donors didn't hack.

I don't really think the particles make a difference, as they're mostly near the ground. Particles are not entities, so they will not block your hits.
Maybe particles would automatically switch off in combat mode? That might be an way around people abusing them in combat.
