How dumb were you at minecraft?

Say how dumb you were at minecraft when you first started

Reasons:
I thought zombies were other players
I didnt know commands
I thought all animals were friendly
I didnt know how to place a block (LOL)
I didnt know how to craft
I didnt know how to divide blocks in inventory
When I found out the crafting bench, i thought you could make armour out of stone

• Didn't know how to make wood planks.
• Didn't know how to run ( 1.8 pre-release )
• Hit mobs without precautions.
• Tried to break bedrock.

-Brought all my ores and valuable materials on mining trips (and died in lava)
-Charged skeletons head-on
-Didn't know what noise a creeper made
-PLAYED ON PEACEFUL
-Killed the sheep while holding a pair of shears
-Made square buildings
-Made everything out of cobblestone
-Thought a house was an item you just placed

 

Good for a starter (65% noob)

- Could make a wooden pickaxe
- Could make a small house
- Mined all the way to bedrock, then got back up!
-Played on Normal
-Drowned when I just got it.

 

Meh, not so much
I watched PlayThroughs, (Which made me want minecraft so bad) so I kind of knew what the basics were.
Some noob moments:
-Tried taming a pig with sugar cane (Didn't know the person I watched used mods XD)
-Thought getting rid of lava was with water. NUP just started turning into stupid obsidian. It eventually made my world glitch (I don't know, probably a bug back then...)
-Attacked a wild wolf, set it on peaceful and thought it would go away
-Thought I could download mods by putting it in the texture pack folder.

 

-I always hit zombies and stuff with my fist.
-didn't know how to make any dye.
-(on Xbox) found diamond near a lava pool and accidentally threw it in the lava

*Edir* on the third one, I decided I would carry 1 iron pickaxe only. -.- their the pick not the diamonds

 

I actually started playing Minecraft on Xbox. I found a flower and started to chop wood, but then I thought my flower would break so I got some dirt blocks. The blocks I used to build my first house were (3x3x2) sand, logs, dirt and nothing else. Not even the doors. I didn't know how to craft and I thought crafting would be useless. Also, I started to make a mine with my fists. And I remember how we spent many days with my 2 friends trying to find Herobrine on Xbox. Because the first version on Xbox was beta 1.6.6 we thought Herobrine would be in it. I still have those worlds on my other Xbox Live account.

 

I mined a path from my house to my friend's house, with a diamond shovel (he gave me that just after i joined)
I didnt know commands either but in that time they didnt even exist :p

 

I used a wooden axe for fighting instead of a sword

I tried collecting stone without a pickaxe

I thought that lapis was diamonds

I thought that redstone was rubies

Mined diamonds with a wooden pickaxe

Thought that gold was better than iron

Tried eating sugar by itself

Thought that squids were hostile

Lots more stuff

 

My bro and I crowded around the comp. Yelled at each other how to craft a sword.
Frustrated when we couldn't find out how to make a sword.
Hid in a small wooden house.

 

When I started playing I thought you could throw egg's, you couldn't when I started so I kept on trying to throw them

 

Not really. Before I bought it, I researched it.
And before I played it, I watched all the tutorials made by PaulSoaresJr in 1.7 Pre-Release Beta

I may have played on peaceful for the first week of the game, but I got used to fighting mobs fast.

Pyro? Who? Where? Or is that just a reference?

the only thing I remembered is I kept trying to break blocks in survival mode like how you'd do in creative.

Rest, I mastered through googling... :/

 

Oh mer gwad. I swear apezord was Pyro... the forum picture is like the same... or maybe it's just me.

-Didnt know you needed a sword to kill enemies

 

-Tried to break everything with just my fist
-Tried to make a house made out of sand
-thought the shears were bear teeth
-Asked what shape was minecraft...
I've done too much stupid stuff to know anything else

 

I made a automatically-regenerating cobblestone house, but the wires were done so poorly, as I didn't know how redstone worked, or the properties of it.

That was my first time playing and seeing minecraft :/

I still had no idea how to craft much stuff only basic......
And i am VERY bad at remembering Crafting Recepies(Dangit i forgot how to spell)I once forgot how to craft a sword....(and every other tool so i was stuck in my tiny house)
