I need to ask something important.

Greetings everyone. Yes, I need to ask you something important. Very important for the matter of fact.

Anyways, the thing is, I have a seriously negative attitude. I seem to be receiving hate for that sole reason. I want to know, if people would rather like me, if I were to force myself to act a little bit more positively. This will take time, as I will have to slowly adapt to the way people would want me to be in order to reduce the amount of hate I receive in this community.

Furthermore, I will not state who my haters are, but those of you who are one of them and are reading this; you know who you are.

I honestly would not mind, if you do wish for me to change my attitude, because I prefer the happiness of many others over the happiness of mine. Therefore, I will be putting up a pole and in a week, the poll will end, and the majority of the votes will determine how I act from here on out.

To those who hate me, you know who you are.

Let me ask you. Would you rather receive large amount of hate for being who you are? Or would you rather change yourself so that you can have a slight bit more of an enjoyment here? If you asked me, I would take the second option.

If this is a drama thread, I will receive full punishment for it, because for one thing, every time I make an important thread, I always ask that if there is drama, tell me so I can edit it to prevent being banned. I cannot do that anymore, it just shows I am afraid. I cannot be afraid of the actions I make anymore.

Troll/Useless posts will be reported, as this is something I am not taking lightly.

Simply put, answer the poll, if you wish, state why below, and if this is somehow a drama thread or a thread that will come with punishments, just punish me. I need to take the next step of maturity, by making an action, and sticking to it, and learn from it there on out.

That was really cheesy. But seriously, I wouldn't change much about you. Yeah being positive is a great thing because it makes others feel positive, and the same way goes with being negative. If you're negative more people around you will be.
I think you should try to a little more positive. There really is no harm in becoming more positive so, why not?(:

I wouldn't say your attitude is stupid, as its easily expected from any ~15 year old teenager xD

But the attitude needs to be fixed...You cant keep yourself this way forever.

 

Shadow, never change for anyone. You are perfect just the way you are. If you were to act differently, then would it really be you? If it is truly you taking the option of changing for the better, go ahead. I'm all for it. But if this is for someone? Don't. Why? Because if they want you to change, then why try to be someone you aren't, when you are perfectly fine just the way you are. We can continue this conversation on Skype if you want, actually no. I'll just continue this on Skype :P I want you to know that I am here for you. Now and always.

 

Don't change Shadow. You are who you are, and that's a good thing.
However, I would appreciate it if you were a BIT MORE POSITIVE from time to time. Otherwise just stay the way you are.

However, the decision is up to you whether you want to change or not, because we can't tell you to change.

Though I feel like you were pretty darn negative before, I feel as if you've actually changed being here, or it may just be me.
Anyway, I think you're fine as of now, and I don't think you need to change. However, if you believe it is actually the right thing for you to do, and what you really want, you can go ahead, we can't really stop you.
Verdict: I'm against changing the way, but being a little bit more positive does seem like it wouldn't hurt.

I haven't seen anyone make fun of you or anything.
I think, you could try to be a bit more positive time to time.

Even if the votes were 100% on the first choice, who are we to tell you who to be!? If you're a pessimist GREAT GOOD FOR YOU! WE LOVE YOU FOR YOU! If we don't like it, then we can go suck it. Your negativity brings some sense and reality into this fake world we've made up of ourselves! I personally like your pessimistic side and I don't think you need to change at all. I'm pretty pessimistic too unless someone is literally suffering and crying and dead inside. In real life, I always look at the dark side. But I still have friends! So do you, because you are you and that is all that matters. There can be no special if everyone is the same and nice all of the effing time.

 

Your poll question is bias, fyi. I'm the third option. If you want to change who you are, that's fine. If you don't, then don't. Man up. Make your own decisions. Do not be a "people pleaser" or fall into peer pressure. It makes you more susceptible to manipulation.

 

I would prefer to be suspected for manipulation, than live the rest of my life here being hated by about half the people here.

I'm not kidding when I say I am a loner. I am a real loner in reality, because people in my area, are total... Jerks, may you call them that. I cannot stand those type of people, and I only have 3 close friends, one of which who no longer contacts me.

 

Shadow, I barely know you. But what I do know is that you have to be happy for who you are.
Those "haters" are just jealous. We like you use the way you are. Don't let anybody change you. It isn't our choice. It's yours, dont change on our opinions.
