tbh i see no point in you arguing anymore. staff members already answered to this, and i think they'd know more about the system than you.

All I want to do is make this whole applying thing a bit more fair and give the people who put a butt load of effort into their applications a better chance. So, yeah, I'm gonna keep arguing. Its not like speaking your mind is illegal.

 

everyone has a chance, it's just up to you whether or not it gets lower or higher. the staff commenting won't effect the selection process, in the end it's up to dao, jerry, and harry.

I agree my friend applied and he wasn't friends with staff and not ONE staff member said anything not even "good luck" or "good job" I think it's unfair.

 

here's the problem with this theory.

I handle promotions and most demotions. I am not friends with a vast majority of the people we recruit and I look them over, interview, and check them out myself.

Additionally, I keep my eyes open for talent myself, I dont just rely on them to find it for me. Sure, I let people give me suggestions but I ultimately check people out myself.

Ergo, this theory is dead wrong, sorry.

 

Thanks for clearing this up. I have just been seeing that a lot of the new helpers were friends with the staff already and when I see some one with more experience and a better application but they don't know any of the staff they aren't recognized at all.
