Creative Task Team: Team Willy

Greetings,

You might have already read @XenonHD s and @rockor1757 s threads about their teams. Well, this is my turn. This is Team Willy. Not going to bother explaining what this is about since everybody is up to date. Basically we are just going to create 3 task teams, and take over all the creative servers and clean them up. Tidy it up.

This event will have 4 different phases:

Phase 1 - Team Rockor- Creative 1 ; Team Xenon- Creative 1 ; Team Willy- Creative 1

Phase 2 - Team Rockor- Creative 1 ; Team Xenon- Creative 2 ; Team Willy- Creative 2

Phase 3 - Team Rockor- Creative 1 ; Team Xenon- Creative 2 ; Team Willy- Creative 3

Phase 4 - Team Rockor- Creative 1/2/3 ; Team Xenon- Checks all servers ; Team Willy- Checks all servers

This is how my team is going to work (ON THE 1ST AND 2ND PHASE OF THE EVENT):

I will take most of the responsability in the first 2 phases of the event. With this I mean, I will regularly be Teleporting to the people on my team. And this is why:

• First off, gotta make something absolutely clear. No members of my team will take this as a competition. It can be a friendly competition between some people, nothing bad with that, but I'm talking about the selfish kind of competiton. If I see that happening, I'm probably going to kick you out of the Task Team. So if you have any problem with this, don't even bother entering the team. We are a team, we are supposed to act as one.
• All the Helpers and Mods on my team will be regularly looking for offensive / inappropriate plots.

1. If a helper finds a plot like that, they shall immediately let me / or a mod know. But don't ask Mods too much, since they are looking for plos too, and asking them could interfere with their search. I'll be regularly teleporting to people for this reason. To handle plots and such on the spot. So basically, the helper MUST stay on the plot until it is finally handled. Of course you may ask mods for help on clearing plots, because I obviously won't have time for everything.
2. If a Mod finds the plot, they may handle it on the spot. Clearing the plot (Manually) and issue the appropriate punishment to the plot Owner. If the Mod can't clear the plot, for example if the build is too big, they may let me know, so I can simply Teleport to them and type /plotme clear to get it done fast and efficiently.
3. I won't be looking for plots that much, because I will most likely be teleporting to people frequently, but if I do find one, I will simply handle the situation on the spot. Clear the plot and issue the respective punishment to the plot owner.

• But we won't only look for plots. My team will also be looking at the chat frequently, looking for rule breakers. Enforcing the rules to people by warning them.

This is how my team is going to work (ON THE 3RD PHASE OF THE EVENT):

• I'll create a Google Drive Document (Live writing/editing) for everybody to use. Why? It will be explained in a bit.
• All helpers/mods/Admin looks for Offensive Plots / inappropriate clubs / etc etc. When one of these is found, it must be dealt with. How?

1. If the plot is found by a Helper, the helper MUST write on the Google Drive Document with the Plot ID and the Owners IGN.
2. If the the plot is found by a Mod the mod may either remove it himself (manually), or (if it's a big build) write the Plot ID and Owner IGN in the Google Drive document.
3. If the plot is found by an Admin (in this case only me), the admin will simply clean the plot and punish the respective players.

• Everybody in the team will not only look at plots, but they will also look at the chat. Mods are important here because they have socialspy. We want to warn players if they go against our rules in the chat.
• In the end, after looking at all the plots and registering them, me & the mods will take the list, and handle them accordingly. The helpers may keep looking for plots and moderating the chat.

Why am I using this method on the last phase? Because my team will have Creative 3 in the end, for themselves (unless we request help from another task team) and this seems like a more efficient plan of action.

This is how my team is going to work (ON THE 4TH PHASE OF TH EVENT):

• Basically everyone should try and go to different servers (unless help is needed), try to be in different servers, so we can have a bigger percentage of the server covered. Members of the task group may arrange that in between them.
• Members of the task group may alternate / switch servers.
• Just do your daily job. Warn people, ask if people need help, maintain order and peace, etc.

I'm use to finding offensive plots, lag machines and etc. Because I do it sometimes x3 (I usually asked @XenonHD and @LilaRok to clear them so I know how it works and all)
