Due to the fact that Junjou Romantica is the first one listed I highly suggest you don't start with those :p
Anyway, Soul Eater is nice. It isn't the best starting anime. As much as I hate SAO (for having serious problems which I've spoken of in the past), it's a great first anime for people who are new to the "anime concept".
If I were you, I would do that.
