[skyblock] a weird bug

Detailed description of bug: hi guys.
so, when its evening over here, im always having problems with internet connection to your server. (when i am posting this its about 21:00 my time)
so i logged in, and i saw some slimes in my house, so i went to kill them. i am legend rank so i can fly, and i was flying when my internet diconnected me. so i logged back on, and when i did, i was standing the same place i logged on, just that all of my stuff was on the floor! after like 2 min it said "you died!" and when i tried to respawn to pick up my stuff, i could'nt, so i disconnected and then connected again.
and when i connected again, the alimes were gone and my stuff with them...
i had dia armor anf 10 lvl :(

 

Flying is a bit weird like that. It doesn't matter how high you are, only how high you have reached. So you probably flew up high, say 24 blocks ,and then flew down. The game still makes you take the Fall damage of 24 blocks, even if you flew down. So you disconnected, the fly disengaged, and you died.

 

but whats wrong with my stuff? i had dia armore and lava and 10 lvls

 

They probably despawned. There is no way to get it back after that.

 

This is just poor internet I think, flying is also really really really buggy
