The thing your forgetting is if you compare the size of a gecko to a human.
Seriously...we can step on those things.

 

If you step on a gecko, your killing a part of nature. That is not good...Its a murder. Terrible.

 

I bet you anything you kill bugs.
And besides, technically by living we're killing animals, because as our population increases, we must create more housing for us to live in, and to do that, we need to clear out space on the earth by removing things such as forests, destroying animal's natural habitats.
Also, Spicy was pointing out the fact that we should not fear them because of their size. He wasn't saying, "STEP ON ALL GECKOES AND KILL THEM!!!"

 

Fun fact. People kill things, accidentally, on purpose, all the time.
If you're saying "Attack gecko", why would I not try to kill it? Would I just let it kill me?
And like athens said, I wasn't implying that we should all step on him.
