Sadly, this is Pokemon Showdown... ;-; Still, decent, but it could be much more competitive.

You've got to use type advantages and stats and stat increasing moves to your advantage. It's a strategic game :P

Jk, strategy games aren't my forte, so yeah (except for pokemon). I would say that Pokémon is like a more complicated rock paper scissors, water beats fire, fire beats grass, grass beats water. There's just 15 other types that you need to know how to get past each one.

 

Theres 4 routes in Pokemon
1: Make a team that uses strategy and EV training to win by being one step ahead of your opponent
2. Play with your favorite pokemon (like me) and give them the best movesets you can
3.Play with a shitload of op legends (only works sometimes)
4. Combine 2+ of these and/or get lucky

 

Anyone want to have a battle on PS with meeeee?

I like how you already MENTION EV's to a beginner. I never even heard of EV's until I played Pokemon Y for like a month lol
