What do you think of school

Pros.
1. I see my friends
2. Band class
3. Those teachers who are actually really nice
4. Those teachers who agree homework is a waste of time (I get one every year)

Cons.
1. Homework
2. Waking up early
3. Band class
4. Learning useless crap.
5. Mean teachers
6. The fact that my mom works at my school
7. Algebra 2
8. Cafeteria food
9. Those freshmen who think they own the school...
10. The letter F
11. The fact that I'm not allowed to have electronics on school nights.
12. Bullies
13. Classes that are upstairs
14. Tests
15. The list goes on...........

So I think I kinda like school but really hate it at the same time....

 

Normaly, Dutch people are positive about school,

So am I :)

 

My friend has 2 hours of school every monday. I like school sometimes.

 

Soooooo Boring sitting for 6hrs learning crap I already know, not allowed to play minecraft on weekdays.. ._.
Homework even worse

 

Well there's different points of views. 8th and Highschool have opened up my mind. We all can agree school sucks, in another hand education does not. Yes even i have social problems with and i dislike the fact i have to be with people, BUT in other countries children do not have the option to take school. Why you may ask? One reason is the country they live in can't afford schooling, or their parents don't have the enough money to pay. You're probably wondering "but school is free" Here in the U.S.A it is, in other countries its not. Other children have dreams and hopes of getting a better life, and so do we the only difference is. Their dreams will only stay dreams and never be completed, as for us we will probably achieve getting that dream. Back then people would face death just to get education. Therefore I do not hate school or the education it gives we should be thankful we have it.

Education is good and all but being with the others (and in my case, being bullied) is not so nice...

 

Honestly, I have been thankful my entire life for school. I know how valuable it is... and for free? (Well, up to college.) Yeah.

School is the main place where I made my other lazy friends almost identical to me,
Otherwise, I think what every other gamer thinks.
"I have to level up in titanfall to be better than my friends :o!"

 

Well, I go to one of the best schools in California so.. it's SHWEET! We have an ASB, which stands for Associated Student Body (but others call it the Asian Snack Bar xD), no lockers ;-;, year-round, but we get more breaks. Oh yeah, and iPads. For all students. Not that much homework (yet), I think we have over 2000 students this year. And the school is only 7th and 8th grade o.o Oh yeah and the teachers are great. So, I like it.

 

I honestly don't mind school, but the only classes I actually like are PE and Video Journalism, commonly known as AV, commonly known as Audio/visual. Yes, I'm that AV geek. But school is too easy, In my opinion.
Well, I also go to an international model school, if you live in the US and still go to school you probably know what that means.
If you don't, here you go- an international model school basically means that he school is one of the 89 chosen schools, and it is one of the legit best schools in the US, and other schools should look up to them. I'm not sure why we're a model school, we have some pretty awful students and some pretty awful teachers.

My school is not consistent with principals, I've had a different one for every year so far.

My teachers... are horrible. They keep telling my parents to enroll me in some kind of class. Additionally, my classmates are all pretentious and annoying, constantly pissing me off. The kids there are also really stupid. They are way behind their grade level. I once wanted to see what my classmates were reading. Get ready for laughter, because as I remember, their book was called:

Jake: The Coolest Kid in Fifth Grade

 

I don't hate school, it's not the greatest thing ever, it's just meh. I like being able to socialize with friends, and that's about it.

However, the fact that I have to walk around a lame building for 8 hours learning useless knowledge, only to go home and do MORE work, I just don't morally agree with.

 

Think of school this way: without it, you won't be able to do the things you want to do in life.

I am in the 11th grade and I like school.
