I have a question for British people

My cousin likes to post pictures and memes about "thug life". He is British, and I am seriously curious about what kind of thug could do anything in the UK. Like is throwing tea into the harbour offending? Knocking over trash bins, idk. I need answers plz white text

In England there's a term called "chav" which is basically a youth who has no care for anything and pretends to be cool and looking hip, with whatever swag he claims to have. Some of those would consider thug life but no idea anything specific they'd do

 

I live in Suffolk so nothing really goes on here - apart from Christmas fairs and food and drink festivals :)

 

Well. A thug or as @XenonHD said a "Chav" can do whatever he thinks is cool, I mean, some you just need to look at once and you're running for your life (yep, that actually happened to me one time). So it could be anything (mugging, burning bins, knocking bins, etc...) and like @ProCraftz said, in 2011 we had this giant riot that kinda went across the whole of london, it was pretty scary.
