Minecraft HEROBRINE IS real.

But seriously, why lie and come up with random things if nobody will believe you?

 

Alright.
I need a list for this.

1. Conspiracy theories are BS.
2. No proof, not true.
3. There is no texture, I have a custom BearPack and have searched all the files extensively for things to change.
4. Computer ghosts don't exist.
5. Ghosts don't exist.
6. Herobrine is a myth, creepypasta, urban legend etc.
7. Your door could have closed randomly from lag.
8. Someone couldn't hack your game and import a texture, model, spawn rate, AI, and all of the other nitty-gritty code stuff. Is impossible, is improbable

Please stop posting this kid of "I SAW A GHOST BUT HAVE NO PROOF AND MY STORY DOESN'T BACK UP BUT ITS REAL." stuff.

 

Just let people believe what they want to believe, It's not like they're hurting anyone ._.

Pretending to have evidence, and spreading rumors?
Why would that be a good idea?

Guys what is the big deal with it anyways? It's like if you went up to the pope and punched him and said that you don't have any proof of god's existence! I mean seriously? Why would they lie about it anyways? And BTW it's just a computer game for crying out loud! People are entitled to their opinions and they shouldn't be judged about them! Sheesh it's the way people react to threads like this one that make me want to leave this place!

 

The way everyone is acting here is making me feel like I have lost all hope for humanity!

 

Not trying to start a war here, I'm just giving cold, hard facts from the mind of a software engineer.
It is impossible for Herobrine to exist without any mods. There is nothing within the codebase that is Minecraft that would lead us to believe that Herobrine is a possible existence.
And no, before anyone says this, the computer can not be haunted. A computer only does what it has been told to do. Nothing more, and nothing less. There's no code for Herobrine? Then Herobrine does not exist.

In the world of computers, code dictates everything. And there is no code that can support Herobrine.

And that is my stance from the view of a software engineer / video game dev.

 

In fact the way i see it is that Herobrine is just as real as Santa Claus, only real if you believe in it

You don't see me running around in circles shouting in peoples faces that Santa is real. What you believe, keep to yourself.

And about the proclaimed proof,
Its not a big deal, but I'll believe it when I see it.

 

Well since I'm a Minecraftian since Alpha (I wish I was a minecraftian since Infdev..)
All I have to say Is Herobrine doesn't exist, the rumors started In the early beta, Somewhere around 1.0 beta to 1.5_01 beta.

The only evidence they have Is the Herobrine mod.

BUT Roc, the problem with the statement "She lost the screenshot" is utter BS. The screenshots go into your screenshots folder in the Minecraft folder in the library. It doesn't just magically appear somewhere else or disappear.


And to all of you who have said something about "Beliefs", this isn't a thing about beliefs. There is PROOF that Herobrine does not exist. Even Crono, who is apparently a software major/minor or whatever that I don't remember, has given facts about the code. Herobrine is not real, possible, or "a ghost that hacked into the code of Minecraft".

 

Can we just close this thread since everyone, including me, has proven this wrong? Just so we avoid further debates in what will eventually devolve into a religious flame war about beliefs and God and stuff.
