Will I get banned if I use OptiFine

I have a supa dupa laggy pc, and I rely on optifine so it reduces lag. I do not know if I can use Opti Fine or not.

 

Yes. Optifine is allowed

 

Of course you can use OptiFine. I do not know of any server that rejects it. I use OptiFine too (I still get like 15-20 fps ;-; )
