Wtf o.o

Long story short - I'm missing certain vitamins, so I need to take pills that has them. Problem is, I have no idea how to swallow pills (yes I'm 13 and I don't know how to swallow pills, hurr hurr) so instead of swallowing them, I'm putting their powder thingy in stuff like yogurt and milk etc.

So this morning, I tried putting it in my coffee, and... this happened... o.o

tbh, same thing used to happen to me.

I had a childhood trauma of swallowing things (sounds so sexual xD) because I swallowed a tiny little metal ball, so I was scared of swallowing pills (when I lost something I thought that it would have been possible that I swallowed it xD).
Some 2 years ago I got very sick and HAD to take pills, so how do you swallow pills? Do not even THINK that they are there... pretty much.
You put the pill in your mouth, take a cup of water, soda, or whatever drink (my mom is a doctor and says it doesn't matter) and you drink it, done. Just y0l0 it c:

 

I tried to swallow a pill today

So I started chewing on it because I'm stupid
And then the pill exploded

I cannot swallow a pill myself, so what I do is, pop the pill in my mouth and swallow it WITH water.

 

I have to take allergy pills alot because of my pets (and the air). It's not that scary, really.

That does look gross though, I wonder how it taste...
