Online Dating and talk like that

I see tons of talk about MC relationships and such, and I sometimes see drama start from it.
I have nothing against online relationships and stuff.
But please try not to make your issues in your relationship public.

Another thing. (This is more directed toward staff)
Can the staff start talking to players that ask things like "anyone want a bf"?
Or things like that.
I feel like that doesn't need to be taking up space in the chat.

Meh, I agree.
It's annoying seeing what I presume are 9 year olds asking for 'gfs' and 'bfs'.
It's like, the younger people of the current generation are just trying to be like 'us'.
Sad thing is, is that they don't realise how sad it is when you look for love online when you are older. Take it from me, having a parent that used to online date was terrible.

 

Ehh. Online dating isn't that great in my opinion. Just seeing how my two brothers keep having to communicate countinuesly with their significant others and having little time for me kind of makes me feel really sad. Oh well... I'm used to being ignored by my family so.

Like I don't have anything against it but I just think it would be better in reality than on the internet.

And yea... the whole "sai 194 if u want a bf" thing is just completely stupid. You have to know a person before you make them your significant other. Hah, they won't know if the female they are "dating" is a guy or the male they are "going out with" is actually a girl. You don't know if it's a 30+. I really want something done to decrease this type of behaviour.

I'm not going to state my opinion on online dating. It doesn't need to be heard.
As for those people ("Msg me if you want to be my gf") I'll talk to other staff about that. I find it annoying, honestly, and I'm sure most others think so as well.

 

I don't really mind if it's a REAL relationship like what Kate and Xenon have. They like each other so much, that xenon travelled IRL to her.

I agree, the ''msg me for a gf/bf'' is annoying. This should stop, we can just wait until staff decides something for this. I support online relationships but not if people are going around trying to find a place to ask for msgs if you want to be his gf.

Online dating is not a bad thing, unless it's from people really young, which most of the times, it is.
It is extremely annoying and if we break it down, I guarantee you that the younger people want to look bigger than others. It's the Internet; do anything you want because you can.

We don't like them. We don't appreciate them and we sure don't want them but we can tolerate them. There are most likely verbal warnings given out to those that decide to ask and punishments for those who spam and I think the current system is all right as long as the chat is moderated regularly.

Personally, there isn't anything wrong talking to the opposite gender through Minecraft but it's just that they need to realise either one of these:
1. They're too young.
2. It's not going to help them in the real world.
3. They're wasting their time.

I'm not against them asking but I just think badly of them because of them just saying that.
