    Dear Jerry/Harry Alright so... last night I bought donator rank for 10$ I never received it, so I am reporting here, if you need any information about my purchess please reply.

    You can email them about your buying problems, make sure you have a picture of the receipt/proof that you really bought the donator rank. Anyways, their email is info@itsjerryandharry.com

    How long ago did you purchase the rank? It could be you logged in to quickly and it is not showing up yet. You might have also made a mistake with the name you have to spell correctly, use correct caps, numbers, etc. Other then that I would do what @ItsZye has said. Best of luck, hopefully everything works out :)

    Something like this happened to me to, since I'm on a vacation to Israel I was using a Canadian credit card there, so they thought I robbed it from some dude here. I was going to buy legend

    You didn't have to share that :p, like I've said before, you can email them about your buying problems. Tell them that you did not receive your Donator Rank. You probably put in the wrong username or something. :)

    You Don't always get it straight away! My brother bought [Legend] and he didn't get his till about 4/5 days after he bought it, for some it takes a while and some get it straight away.
