How can I apply for staff?
You can currently apply for staff by heading over to the staff application forum where you can submit an application. A good way to learn about how to write a staff application can be found in the tutorial made by @Xadidax pinned in the staff application forum.

How can I become well-know member? (Or just rank up in general)
The current way to become a rank higher here on the forums is by increasing your trophy points. I am going to first talk about how you acquire said trophy points.

Trophy points are earned basically for being an active part of this community. There is a trophy menu found in your personal information witch lets you know how many points you have and how to earn more points. The basic way to earn points are the amount of posts you have, and the amount of likes. The posts you make should be constructive and not spam only to increase the amount of posts. Now I will touch up on how many trophy points you need for each rank.

New member: This rank requires 0 trophy points and is instantly given to you when you register.
Member: This rank requires 8 trophy points.
Active Member: This rank requires 28 trophy points.
Well-Known member: This rank current requires 63 trophy points.

Why do the owners never respond to me?
The owners are currently famous on YouTube, and many people know them. This means they get a lot of spam messages here on the site and they can't and don't have time to go through them all. They are also very busy and are constantly working on things to improve the experience for you! They only will respond to threads/messages they find it necessary to.

Why are staff applications are never responded to?
Currently there are thousands of staff applications submitted Jerry and Harry and the simple answer is that they just don't have time. They let their staff members recommend player's applications and those are the ones they look at. They will not deny your application for "no reason" because they always will have one. The main thing in being successful is being patient because it does take them a while.

What is a warning point?
A warning point is a warning (obviously) for breaking the rules here on the forums. These warning points are not a good thing to earn. They will add up and eventually if you receive to many, it will result in a ban from the site. You can check your warning points by heading into your contact details and under the tab Warning Points. Some things that can result in a warning point include:

Drama Threads
Rudeness
Inappropriate comments
Bumping
Posting on a really old thread

These are just a few things, but a good rule of thumb is "Would you say it to Jerry or Harry?" and if you think about it and you wouldn't, than do not post it. :)

Can you get your warning points removed?
Currently you cannot have your warning points removed, but don't let that hold you down. No one will know if you have a warning point or not, so they cannot judge you for having them. Only staff members and you can view your warning points. Although after 2 months they are removed and you have a fresh start.

How can I become unbanned from the server?
You can become un-banned from the server if you create a ban-appeal. Ban-appeals are basically where you plead your case to the staff members on why you should be unbanned. Please keep in mind the forum used for ban-appeals are private so only you and staff can view your thread.

Can I change my forum name?
Currently you are unable to change or edit your forum name. The reason why they have this is because it would take to long for staff members to go in and edit your forum name. When you first create your account make sure its the name you want permanently.

Where can I report a player?
You can currently report a player in the "Report Abuse" section of the forum. The report section of the forum is separated into different sections for different offences, so make sure you post your report in the correct section. In order to report, you must have some sort of evidence. This includes screenshots, videos, or any other type of proof you have. Make sure it is a valid report.

Are new things going to be added?
Yes of course! J&H and the rest of the staff are Always working to make your experience better. They make new minigames and plugins just for you! They will always be working to make this community better for you.

Are you able to change your birthday?
Currently you are not able to edit your birthday on your own, but you are able to ask a staff member to edit your birthday for you if you so wish. Please make sure you do not change it to often because they do have many people who put in the wrong birth date.

Are MiniMap mods allowed on the server?
J&H feel that minimap mods do not change the gameplay that much on the server. So for this reason minimap mods are currently allowed on the server, but ones that show where every player is, are not allowed.

You can currently email the Jerry&Harry support team at info@itsjerryandharry.com they will always respond to you in a 24 hour period with useful information. Please only use this email if it involves purchases from the server store, if not than use the "Help" section of the forum.

How can I post pictures?
You can currently the best way to post pictures here on the site is by uploading it to an image sharing site and then copying the link into the Insert Image button on the site. The pictures when you post them like this enables them to always be fully opened up for everyone to see.

Great FAQ John, but the one thing is, warning points do expire. You cannot get rid of them, you are right, but they will expire at the least of 2 months. It can be viewed from the warning points tab as well. Otherwise, good job.

Nice FAQ, provides a lot of helpful information for new players. I'd like to add on to the section "What is a warning point?" though. You can also earn a warning point for "bumping" or posting on and old thread and some new players don't know that and end up posting on old threads.
