[Computer Help] I need some major help.

Hey guys, I have a huge problem.

For the past months, my computer has been nothing but a virus and glitch nest.

only recently, it has escalated from minor keyboard glitches to hijacking and disabling my mouse.

I need some urgent help with this, as I might as well consider this computer useless. It holds a lot of financial and account information.

I am mainly looking for computer cleaners and firewalls that are free, since my parents won't pay for it, and I can't use the ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS because my parents claim that "it's theirs" as they still haven't calculated how much debt I have left to pay ._.

It depends. What virus is it? I was recently attached to a GorillaPrice Adware + Spyware +Virus, and what I had to do is boot the computer in safe mode and eradicate everything from my system that was based off of GorillaPrice or any components of it.

 

I don't know what viruses it is tho

 

Try getting Malwarebytes.
Go to a specific website, otherwise it is not legitimate.

 

If you don't want to do that, take the computer to your local PC shop (if there are any near) and they can remove it specifically if they do find the problem. I had it and they installed a software that removes the virus.

 

Well I guess I'll go with Shadow's idea's idea, as the nearest computer store is an Apple store about 30-50 miles away ._.
