Donators & Banning

So, people like BobMarleyXD don't get their money back?
time to take care of myself, i dun wanna lose 30 dollars

About the refunds,
I know someone broke a rule and is banned and that's not fair and
how it's a donation with a little benefit but, I don't think this entirely fair a bit...
Just a opinion...

 

What if I bought Herobrine today then it was taken tomorrow by the new EULA?

 

I agree with @Cingle123, I am a Herobrine, yes I donated a lot of money to the server, but it does not mean i'm a jerk or a jackass. People have called me a jerk because of some stereotype that all donators are jerks. I believe it was 'Why do all donators have to be jerks?'. This really offended me, if you don't know the guy/gal, don't judge. Its like sterotypeing a race or group of people like

or all girls are dumb cause you know a girl is dumb.
or all white people are ______

Not all donators are jerks or jackasses. Some are not, some are. Those few who are jackasses are setting bad sterotypes for others and it gets annoying to me. I hear it in the hub, oitc spawn, sg spawn and more. This really pisses me off....

Donators tend to have less fear of being banned, or warned, if they cause trouble, or mayhem.

No one would be arrested for one case of chargeback fraud, but they wouldn't be able to donate to most Minecraft servers. Buycraft has a feature enabled by default disallowing payments made by Minecraft accounts and IPs that have gotten a chargeback in the past. Very few server owners will disable this protection.

 

If you got Herobrine and new EULA takes place, you would get new edited and legit rank or perks instead.

On topic, I brought this topic up several times and I'm glad Dao said it. For years now, on several servers where I was part of the staff, donators like those have made me sick. They pay for the rank and suddenly they think they are untouchable. That rules do not imply to them and that they have power over the others. No, like dao said, by donating you are helping the server and you are given certain perks or items for it. None of the perks include "Jackass pack" or "Fk the rules - Lite pack". By donating you are agreeing on the terms which clearly say that refund is NOT an option. Chargebacks can always be made but will get you banned on the server permanently. Chargebacks can usually be made only in case of card theft, so unless you stole your parent's card to donate, good luck.

 

Will this still apply to perks as well, not just ranks? If so, will people lose their /sethomes when their unlimited homes are removed?

 

The point of new EULA is to give all players equality. So either everyone will have access to those or nobody will.

 

I see allot of donators doing this, this is very wrong..
