Taking a break.

Hello, everyone.

So, I'm going to take a break from this minigame, why?
Because OITC is really messed up with hackers :I
And no, this is not meant to throw dirt at the staff, I am not saying "I'm gonna take a break from OITC, because the staff ain't doing their job, duh."

ikr i think the people who hacks get unbanned way to fast i saw holy_biblez today again that hacker -_- than everyone know knives aka gravity aka titanedits aka vanillegit aka deathedits aka deathgfs aka 3 more acounds

 

I'm trying to see if I still can play without ... yeah.
Because I'd rather not take a break, I don't want to give up, but then again.

If you read the original post, you'd notice that this was not meant to point out that "staff's not doing their job." It's to show that he's taking a break from OITC for a short period of time due to all of the hackers.
Also, Helpers can't even ban players, so how do you expect us to handle hackers?
Anyway, I will try not to get off-topic.

Asger, I respect your decision, and hopefully you'll learn how to deal with playing with hackers regardless and return to OITC. :)

They actually could do something by LOOKING for them not just doing nothing about it. I know you guys have lives but you could at least help for looking for some.

I try to, but I don't have a good enough of a computer to record them. The best I can do is forward them for admins/mods to check, after that it's up to them.

 

They don't just do "nothing" they handle reports and such. They can't spend all their time looking for hackers. If you see a hacker then get proof and record it then it will be settled. Staff members do have lives outside of the server.

 

Yeah thats what staff(Helper) should do.

 

We as *helpers* are supposed to *help*.
This means chat related problems. We are not obligated to help find hackers, we don't have the powers to ban them either. We are just like any other player in that area.

From now on, quit putting words in people's mouths. He specifically stated he wasnt pointing fingers at staff. I'm pretty sure he gets that we're doing what we can but we have a lot on our plate.
