Improving ones self

I am trying to become a more appealing, mature, and proper member of forms. I have read RobyNubs post on Mentors and though this may not had been what he'd been aiming at in this form, I realized I'm not the person I wanted to be here when I joined. I have improved greatly, but that just shows me how pathetic my attitude was before. When I first joined I stalked LilaRoks profile. I have gained a lot of respect from other members though, and definitely became more popular, in good ways, but not what I'd been aiming for. I feel I can accomplish a lot more then I have been on forms. I have been trying to cut down on internet time, but I can still be active here, and achieve improvements. I'm thinking an hour to 2 hours a day here. Here's some major things I nee to work on:

• Meaningful tips on applications, instead of short little phrases or things that had been repeated over and over.
• More meaningful threads.... I feel instead of having the majority of my posts being in random spam, I can show true potential and do important threads and comments. This does not mean no random spam jokes or anything like that will be gone. I have to broken any serious rules or ever got warned here. I have appropriate posts.
• More respect towards players, more positivity; I have not been very negative to people on forums. So this has not been at all of an issue, just another thing I should just show more of.
• Grammar and spelling; this actually has been an issue to me lately, I can spell fine, I can punctuate properly, yet I am not doing so. I may misspell once in a while as everyone does. I also, like everyone go and post stuff like "brah" on profile pages or joke threads.

Mini, I see you are trying to become mature and such, but if it is forcing you to change your natural personality, don't do it. For example, I am naturally serious, therefore mature.
MappyTurtle is naturally funny, acting immature through her own actions.

We are both well known here, no?

Anyways, my point is, don't force yourself to be someone you are not.
