Damn Smart TVs

Hey.

On Friday after school my family got a new TV. A 49 inch 4K 3D Smart TV. And to be honest, it's excellent. I really do like it.

However... It has a down side...

Mother of Celestia... It uses SO.MUCH.WIFI. On my iPod my Internet gets disconnected every 10-20 seconds and even when I load up a page most of the time! Even when I'm in the room WITH the hub in there!

It also affects my laptop. In TF2 I usualy get 'WARNING! CONNECTION PROBLEM.' Every minute on servers.

My iPod must have disconnected about 7 times typing this thread. It will be a huge pain trying to use the Internet.

 

I can relate to this...
that's a real pain.

 

I have been wanting one of those new curved TV's.

I didn't know the TV does that... I get those disconnection issues too...

 

Ask if they can get better wifi. :P

For some reason, I don't think that's your TV...

 

It is our smart TV. We bought it from Currys (electronics shop) completely new.

 

wow curved TVS exist!? O_o wow and i still remember when tvs were little Boxes. i feel old

 

No no, I mean, I don't think it's the TV causing the issue.

 

Well, I never randomly disconnected before I had the new TV.

 

My grandma brought a smart tv, and now I can only go on the forums since she is using up all the internet.
Srsly grandmas nowadays...
